About the Role
As a Centre Head, you will lead the end-to-end operations and impact of a Lighthouse center. This is a leadership role where you will drive program execution, manage teams, build community relationships, and ensure youth are successfully connected to sustainable livelihoods.

What You’ll Do
Program Implementation & Impact
- Lead the center independently to drive youth enrollment and engagement
- Enable at least 20% of youth to access jobs or self-employment
- Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
- Ensure smooth youth journey from outreach to alumni stage
Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor a team of 5–8 members
- Drive performance, accountability, and team development
- Build a strong, motivated, and low-attrition team culture
Community Outreach
- Build strong relationships within local communities
- Lead mobilization strategies to increase participation
- Strengthen visibility and trust in the program
Placement & Livelihoods
- Identify local job opportunities and livelihood pathways
- Collaborate with industry partners and placement teams
- Organize expert sessions and exposure opportunities
Operations & Administration
- Oversee day-to-day center operations and infrastructure
- Ensure smooth planning and execution of activities
Data & Reporting
- Maintain accurate data on Excel and internal systems
- Analyze trends to improve program outcomes
- Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders
Stakeholder Management
- Engage with government officials, NGOs, and corporate partners
- Facilitate partnerships, volunteering, and donor visits
- Lead local events and brand-building initiatives
Who You Are
Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s in Social Work (MSW) or Postgraduate in a relevant field (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in program implementation in leading space. (skilling/livelihoods preferred)
- Experience managing teams and training centers
Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent program and project management abilities
- Data-driven mindset with analytical thinking
- Strong communication in English, Hindi, and local language
- Ability to engage with government and corporate stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills
