About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives in the Stock Market/Broking industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, generating qualified leads, managing digital marketing activities, and driving business growth through strategic marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
* MBA (Marketing) or Any Graduate.
* Minimum 3+ years of experience in the Stock Market/Broking industry.
* Strong communication, leadership, and marketing skills.
* Hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, including Social Media, SEO, and Google Ads.
* NISM Certification or Digital Marketing Certification is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.
* Generate quality leads and promote financial products and services.
* Manage digital marketing activities, including Social Media, SEO, and Google Ads.
* Conduct market research and analyze industry trends and competitor activities.
* Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
* Develop branding strategies to increase market presence and customer engagement.
* Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports for management.
* Organize promotional events, seminars, and marketing initiatives.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
* Ensure all marketing activities align with company goals and compliance standards.
