Role Overview :
As a Software Engineer specializing in Python Backend Development at Comprint, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining the core services that power our flagship products. This role involves collaborating closely with product managers, front-end developers, and other engineering teams to translate business requirements into high-performance, reliable backend systems. Your contributions will directly impact the scalability, efficiency, and overall user experience of our platforms, serving a diverse client base and contributing to our continuous innovation.
Key Responsibilities :
Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure backend services and APIs using Python frameworks like Flask, FastAPI, and Django for various enterprise applications.
Develop and maintain efficient database schemas and queries in PostgreSQL and MySQL, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance for critical business operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, ensuring seamless integration between backend services and front-end applications.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices in Object-Oriented Programming (OOPS) and data structures to build resilient systems.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing backend systems, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks to enhance system reliability and responsiveness.
Participate in code reviews, contributing to a culture of high-quality code and continuous learning within the engineering team.
Required Skillset :
Proven expertise in Python backend development, with hands-on experience across frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI, and Django.
Strong understanding and practical application of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPS) principles and complex Data Structures.
Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and consume RESTful APIs, ensuring efficient and secure communication between services.
Proficient in database management systems, specifically PostgreSQL and MySQL, including schema design, query optimization, and data migration.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail in developing scalable and maintainable software solutions.
Effective communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
