Lead Electrical Designer (7-12 years' experience with Oil & Gas projects) profile required:
Create detailed electrical design layouts, update schematics, SLDs preparation for metering & protection.
Candidate must be able to handle 2-3 draftsman, guide them & must have working experience in below Electrical activities:
1. Cable tray layouts, power layouts, detail drawings, coordination with CSA for supports.
2. Lighting system design, layouts, DB schedule, circuiting, Fixture selection as per classified area.
3. Single line diagrams, schematics preparation.
4. Electrical equipment layout, Grounding layout, Lightning protection layout.
5. CCTV/ Access control/ Telephone/ Public address layouts.
6. Exposure to Hazardous area requirements.
7. Electrical BOQ/ BOM Preparation.
8. Coordination with other disciplines, IDC, 3D model update.
9. Autocad / SP3D Modelling tools
- Ability to work in a team and support the project deliverables as per schedule and collaborate with
other disciplines for requisite inputs are desirable.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Experience of working on international projects and client is preferred.
- Experienced with performing IDC of interdisciplinary checks of Electrical as well as I&C
deliverables and other discipline drawings.
- Experience of Green field and Brown field projects.
- Electrical MTO preparation for Power, grounding, lighting, lightning.
- Should have knowledge of Electrical wiring schematics, SLDs, lighting distribution, wiring schemes
