Job Requirements
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project schedules, progress, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and MIS.
- Track project resources, materials, and manpower requirements.
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure effective communication between departments.
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and execution of construction activities.
- Prepare meeting minutes and maintain project records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and project timelines.
