About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Sr. Network & Security Engineer L3 (Aruba ClearPass) to manage, support, and troubleshoot enterprise Network Access Control (NAC) environments using Aruba ClearPass.
The role involves designing, implementing, administering, and troubleshooting Aruba ClearPass solutions, integrating authentication services with Active Directory, supporting enterprise network infrastructure, and ensuring secure and reliable network access across the organization.
The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Aruba ClearPass, network security, authentication technologies, and enterprise networking, with the ability to provide L3 technical support and handle critical production environments.

Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, administer, and support Aruba ClearPass Network Access Control (NAC) solutions.
Provide advanced L3 support for Aruba ClearPass production environments.
Troubleshoot complex Aruba ClearPass-related incidents and authentication issues.
Configure and manage RADIUS authentication services.
Integrate Aruba ClearPass with Microsoft Active Directory and enterprise identity services.
Configure and troubleshoot authentication methods across enterprise environments.
Support enterprise LAN/WAN networking infrastructure.
Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Firewalls, Switches, Routers, and Wireless Access Points.
Diagnose and resolve network connectivity and authentication issues.
Monitor system health and utilize monitoring tools to ensure platform availability and performance.
Handle critical incidents, including complete infrastructure shutdown scenarios, and ensure timely restoration of services.
Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and technology partners for escalations and issue resolution.
Analyze network baselines, thresholds, and performance metrics to identify potential issues.
Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge articles.
Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and operational best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional infrastructure, security, and networking teams to deliver high-quality support.
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Aruba ClearPass NAC administration and troubleshooting.
Expertise in Aruba ClearPass deployment, configuration, and maintenance.
Strong understanding of:
RADIUS Authentication
Active Directory Integration
Authentication Protocols
DHCP
Experience with:
Firewalls
Network Switches
Routers
Wireless Access Points
Good understanding of LAN/WAN networking concepts.
Experience using enterprise monitoring and network management tools.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and Root Cause Analysis skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to prioritize and escalate issues within defined SLAs.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualification
Any Graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
The following certifications are mandatory :
Aruba Certified ClearPass Associate (ACCA) or
Aruba Certified ClearPass Professional (ACCP)
Aruba Certified Professional – Network Security (ACP-NS)
Experience working in enterprise IT infrastructure, network security, NAC solutions, and BFSI environments will be an added advantage.
