Key Responsibilities
Influencer Outreach & Onboarding
- Identify relevant influencers, creators, and micro-influencers aligned with brand objectives.
- Reach out to creators, negotiate collaboration terms, and onboard them.
- Build and maintain an influencer database.
Campaign Management
- Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate product dispatches, campaign briefs, and content requirements.
- Ensure content is delivered on time and aligns with brand guidelines.
- Monitor campaign execution and content quality.
Relationship Management
- Develop long-term relationships with high-performing influencers.
- Create brand ambassador programs and recurring partnerships.
- Handle creator communications and resolve issues promptly.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track campaign metrics such as reach, engagement, conversions, CPM, CPA, and ROI.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Identify top-performing creators and scale successful collaborations.
Trend Research
- Stay updated on social media trends, creator trends, and competitor campaigns.
- Recommend new campaign formats and collaboration opportunities
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
