About the Role
F2C Tiles and Bath Company is looking for an energetic and customer-friendly Tele Caller to handle customer inquiries, follow up on leads, and support showroom sales activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers over phone calls and WhatsApp.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
- Handle customer inquiries regarding tiles, sanitary ware, bath fittings, and related products
- Follow up with leads generated from social media, website, walk-ins, and marketing campaigns
- Schedule showroom visits and coordinate with the sales team
- Maintain customer database and update call records regularly
- Send product details, quotations, and offers through WhatsApp and email
- Build and maintain good customer relationships
- Achieve daily and monthly calling/follow-up targets
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Degree
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English
- Basic computer knowledge and WhatsApp handling skills
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales preferred
- Friendly personality with convincing skills
