Job Title: Social Media Executive
Position Summary
We are seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to manage and grow our online presence across various social media platforms. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and maintaining positive audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.).
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including posts, stories, reels, videos, and graphics.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Monitor social media trends, competitors, and industry updates.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with the marketing and design teams for content creation and campaign execution.
- Run and monitor paid social media advertising campaigns.
- Track, analyze, and report social media performance using analytics tools.
- Generate leads and drive traffic to the company's website and services.
- Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely posting.
- Assist in organizing online promotions, events, and campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar software.
- Familiarity with social media advertising and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and content-writing abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in video editing and reel creation.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Photography and videography skills will be an added advantage.

Salary Range
- ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience and skills).
Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday
- 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
