Job Title: Talent Acquisition Lead

The Talent Acquisition Lead plays a critical role in driving end-to-end recruitment delivery across functions. This role focuses on sourcing, assessing, and hiring high-quality talent while ensuring a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience. The individual will work closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver timely, quality hires in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to offer rollout
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and success profiles
- Build strong candidate pipelines using multiple sourcing channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.)
- Conduct initial candidate screening and assessment to ensure role fitment
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through effective communication and engagement
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring smooth stakeholder alignment
- Track and manage recruitment data, ensuring accuracy in ATS and reporting systems
- Drive closure efficiency, including offer discussions and negotiation support
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and provide regular hiring updates
- Stay updated on market trends, talent availability, and competitor hiring practices
- Strong sourcing and screening capabilities across technology or data hiring
- Excellent communication skills (spoken & written English) non-negotiable
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and hiring volumes effectively
- Good stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Strong attention to detail and process orientation
- Data-driven mindset with basic reporting and tracking ability
- Agile and adaptable in a fast-paced hiring environment
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
