Position: Site Foreman
Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Experience Required: Minimum 7 Years in Civil Engineering Projects
Qualification: Diploma in civil engineering

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities on-site, which includes Shuttering work, Steel binding , casting, and ensuring work progresses safely and efficiently.
- Review and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications to guide construction activities.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
- Maintain accurate site records and daily progress reports.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and labour teams to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Identify and resolve on-site issues to prevent delays and ensure compliance with project plans.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering construction methods and materials.
- Excellent ability to read and interpret structural drawings and blueprints.
- Hands-on experience in implementing safety practices on site.
- Strong organisational and reporting skills for maintaining records.
- Leadership skills to manage labour teams effectively.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and take decisive actions.
