Job Summary
We are hiring a Service Advisor / Bodyshop Advisor responsible for customer handling, vehicle inspection, job card preparation, repair estimation, and coordination between customers and workshop teams. The candidate should have good communication skills and automobile service knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend customers and understand vehicle concerns properly
- Prepare job cards and repair estimates accurately
- Explain repairs, insurance process, and service recommendations to customers
- Coordinate with technicians and workshop team for timely vehicle delivery
- Ensure customer satisfaction through proper follow-up and communication
- Monitor vehicle repair progress and update customers regularly
- Handle accidental repair and bodyshop-related cases professionally
- Achieve labor sales and customer satisfaction targets
- Follow company SOPs and service process guidelines
- Maintain proper documentation and daily service reports
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate / Diploma / Polytechnic preferred
- 2–4 years experience in automobile service or bodyshop operations
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Knowledge of vehicle repair process and workshop coordination
- Basic computer knowledge required
