- Recruitment Support: Assist with posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Onboarding & Orientation: Manage new hire paperwork, coordinate welcome sessions, and prepare training materials.
- Employee Records: Update and maintain accurate data within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Payroll & Benefits Administration: Track attendance, manage leave requests, and help resolve payroll or benefits-related queries.
- Compliance: Ensure all company operations follow local labor laws and internal policies.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a liaison between staff and senior HR management to address minor concerns
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
