Position: Junior Factory Merchandiser
Location: Dombivli Factory, Maharashtra
Experience: 1–4 Years
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with buyers, vendors, and production teams for smooth order execution.
- Follow up on fabric, trims, sampling, and production timelines.
- Monitor orders from development stage to final delivery.
- Prepare and maintain merchandising reports, order sheets, and production records.
- Ensure timely communication between factory departments and customers.
- Coordinate with quality and production teams to meet buyer requirements.
- Track production status and highlight any delays or issues.
- Assist in sample development, approvals, and dispatches.
- Ensure all orders are executed as per quality standards and delivery schedules.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Diploma in Fashion, Textile, Apparel, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in garment merchandising, preferably in a manufacturing/factory setup.
- Good understanding of garment production processes, fabrics, and trims.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and merchandising documentation.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and work under deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with apparel export or domestic manufacturing units.
- Knowledge of production planning and order management.
- Familiarity with buyer coordination and factory operations.
