We are looking for a commercially minded Counsellor who is passionate about helping students achieve their international education goals while actively contributing to business growth.
This is not a traditional counselling role. The successful candidate will be responsible for student recruitment, business development, partnership building, and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Counsel students and parents on study abroad opportunities
✅ Guide students through admissions, applications, visas, and enrolment processes
✅ Convert enquiries into enrolled students
✅ Develop relationships with sub-agents, referral partners, coaching centres, schools, and colleges
✅ Generate student enquiries through networking and business development activities
✅ Attend education fairs, seminars, webinars, and industry events
✅ Build and manage an active pipeline of prospective students and referral partners
✅ Maintain CRM records and reporting standards
What we are looking for
✔ Experience in international education counselling
✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
✔ Business development or sales experience preferred
✔ Target-driven and commercially focused
✔ Ability to generate business through direct and referral channels
✔ Self-motivated with strong ownership and accountability
