Job Summary
The Administrative Supervisor is responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations of the institute and supervising Group D staff (peons, housekeeping, security, maintenance staff). The role ensures smooth functioning of all administrative activities and maintains discipline and efficiency within the campus.
Key Responsibilities Administrative Work
- Oversee daily administrative operations of the institute
- Maintain records, files, and documentation
- Coordinate with HR, Accounts, and Academic departments
- Monitor office supplies and vendor management
- Ensure proper maintenance of infrastructure and facilities
- Handle correspondence, official communication, and reports
- Assist management in policy implementation
Group D Staff Supervision
- Supervise peons, housekeeping, security, and support staff
- Prepare duty rosters and assign daily tasks
- Monitor attendance and discipline of support staff
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of campus
- Report performance issues to management
- Conduct regular staff meetings and performance checks
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (any discipline)
- 3–5 years experience in administration/supervision (preferably in educational institute)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
