Job Summary:
The Human Resources (HR) Officer is responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. This role ensures the smooth and efficient running of HR operations and helps foster a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting orientations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in both physical and digital formats.
- Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying timekeeping information and assisting with salary disbursements.
- Administer employee benefits programs and respond to related inquiries.
- Provide support in disciplinary actions and conflict resolution processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in organizing training and development programs.
- Participate in HR projects such as performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and policy updates.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns.
- Generate HR reports and maintain HR metrics.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 years of experience in an HR role (experience may vary by position level).
- Knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Discretion and confidentiality are essential.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
