Role:
- Plan, monitor, and control engineering budgets to ensure timely delivery of piping fabrication drawings.
- Develop and manage piping production engineering drawings for offshore construction projects.
- Prepare piping construction methodologies based on project block division and construction sequence.
- Collaborate with structural and instrumentation teams to ensure accurate integration of penetrations and support details.
- Conduct constructability reviews of detailed design models and drawings for smooth production flow.
- Review detailed shop drawings to align with offshore requirements and fabrication processes.
- Prepare piping MTOs for procurement and evaluate materials in accordance with offshore standards.
- Ensure seamless transition from 3D design models to piping shop drawings and MTOs using tools like Aveva E3D.
Requirement :
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in piping design engineering, with at least 5 years in offshore piping production engineering and material evaluation (Expected Projects – Conversion of FPSOs / FSRUs / FSOs / FSUs & New-build Projects as Fixed Oil and Gas Production, etc.).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, E3D, Navisworks, and strong understanding of offshore codes and standards (NORSOK, PED, DNV, ASME).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines.
