Position: L1 SAP Support Engineer
Experience: 1+ Year (Any SAP Module)
Qualification: B.Tech / BCA / MCA
Location: Ludhiana, Punjab
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 support for SAP user
- Resolve basic SAP issues and troubleshoot user queries.
- Escalate complex issues to the L2/L3 support team.
- Monitor support tickets and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain proper documentation of incidents and resolutions.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in any SAP module (MM, SD, FICO, PP, HCM, ABAP, etc.)
- Basic understanding of SAP support processes.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
