In the role of Security SailPoint professional, a typical day involves designing and establishing a comprehensive cloud security framework tailored to align with organizational objectives and operational standards. This includes creating detailed architectural plans that support secure cloud adoption and overseeing the documentation process for implemented security controls. The role also encompasses facilitating the smooth transition of security operations to a managed cloud environment, ensuring continuous alignment with business needs and performance expectations while collaborating with various stakeholders to maintain robust security postures.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security architecture within cloud environments.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented security controls and recommend improvements.
- Assist in the development of security policies and procedures to support cloud security operations.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on security best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityNow.
- 4 years of SailPoint Experience along with identity and access management principles and cloud security frameworks.
- Strong understanding of security architecture design and implementation in cloud environments.
- Familiarity with security compliance standards and regulatory requirements related to cloud services.
- Ability to analyze security risks and develop mitigation strategies within cloud infrastructures.
- Skilled in documenting security controls and operational procedures for managed security services.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityNow.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
