Key Responsibilities:
- Review customer drawings, 2D/3D models, specifications, and technical requirements.
- Conduct product feasibility and manufacturability (DFM) analysis.
- Coordinate with customers, tool makers, production, quality, and suppliers throughout the development process.
- Prepare project timelines and monitor progress until SOP (Start of Production).
- Support mold design reviews and monitor mold manufacturing activities.
- Plan and execute mold trials (T0, T1, T2, etc.) and evaluate trial results.
- Optimize injection molding process parameters to achieve product quality and cycle time targets.
- Coordinate dimensional inspection and product validation after trials.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,380.82 - ₹77,304.33 per month
