About the Role:-
Smartschool Education is seeking an experienced and driven Regional Manager – Audio Video Wall (LED Wall) to lead business development and sales initiatives across the assigned region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in LED display solutions, Audio-Visual (AV) technologies, channel sales, and key account management.
This role is ideal for professionals who have a proven track record of generating business, managing strategic relationships, and delivering consistent revenue growth in the AV industry.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Drive sales and business development for Audio Video Wall (LED Wall) solutions.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate, education, government, and enterprise sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, system integrators, consultants, and end customers.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Conduct product presentations, solution demonstrations, and customer meetings.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the AV industry.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:-
- 7–10 years of experience in Audio Video Wall (LED Wall), AV Solutions, or Digital Display industry.
- Strong network of channel partners, system integrators, corporate clients, and government accounts.
- Proven ability to independently generate and close business opportunities.
- Strong understanding of LED display technologies, video wall solutions, and AV systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Preferred Skills:-
- Experience in B2B Sales, Enterprise Sales, Channel Sales, and Business Development.
- Knowledge of industry-leading LED and AV solution providers.
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and large-value projects.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
