- 1–4 years of experience in jewellery, luxury retail, fashion retail, or a related sales role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-service and relationship-building abilities.
- Sales-oriented with a proven ability to achieve targets.
- Good understanding of jewellery products and willingness to learn.
- Presentable, confident, and professional personality.
- Basic computer and billing/POS knowledge.
- Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
