About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Interior Projects Supervisor to oversee the execution of interior fit-out projects across multiple locations in India. The ideal candidate should possess strong site management skills, coordinate effectively with project stakeholders, and ensure work is completed within quality standards and project timelines.
Candidates should be comfortable traveling to project sites whenever required.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day execution of interior fit-out and finishing activities.
- Ensure site work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Supervise labour teams and allocate work efficiently.
- Monitor material availability and maintain proper inventory at project sites.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain workmanship and quality standards.
- Resolve execution-related challenges and escalate critical issues when required.
- Maintain daily progress reports and update management on project status.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety guidelines and company procedures.
- Assist in project handover and completion documentation.
Candidate Profile
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in interior execution, fit-out projects, or site coordination.
- Understanding of interior finishing, false ceiling, flooring, painting, carpentry, modular furniture, and MEP coordination.
- Ability to read construction and interior drawings.
- Strong communication and team coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel across India for project assignments.

Pay: ₹10,089.33 - ₹30,420.61 per month
