Rinwera Designs is looking for a Logistics & Dispatch Executive to manage outbound logistics, documentation, and coordination with transport partners. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Excel functions like Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP, and capable of ensuring smooth and timely delivery of finished garments.

Experience Required: 2+ years in logistics and dispatch (apparel or manufacturing preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the inbound and outbound movement of goods.
- Plan and schedule deliveries according to customer and company requirements.
- Coordinate with transporters, drivers, suppliers, warehouses, and customers.
- Prepare and verify logistics documents such as invoices, delivery challans, packing lists, e-way bills, and transport documents.
- Track shipments and provide regular updates on delivery status.
- Ensure goods are properly packed, labeled, loaded, and dispatched.
- Coordinate vehicle arrangements and optimize transportation schedules.
- Monitor delivery timelines and follow up on delayed shipments.
- Maintain records of dispatches, deliveries, returns, and transportation details.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of materials.
- Verify quantities and documents during material receipt and dispatch.
- Handle transportation-related issues, shortages, damages, and delivery discrepancies.
- Coordinate with customers and internal departments regarding delivery schedules.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of logistics records.
- Monitor transportation costs and support cost-reduction initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and applicable transportation regulations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports.
- Support inventory reconciliation and ensure accurate movement records.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints related to delivery and transportation.
Required Skills

Qualification & Experience
- Graduate/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse, dispatch, or supply-chain operations is preferred.
Pay: ₹11,129.17 - ₹25,000.00 per month
