Role Name: Oracle Fusion HCM functional
Desired Experience Range: 5 years to 14 Years
Location of Requirement: Bangalore
Must-Have :
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM.
- Good knowledge in Oracle Fusion Payroll(US) · Good knowledge on payroll concepts Elements, Balances, Payroll Relationship, Calculation cards, costing, US Taxation, Reporting etc.
- Hands on experience with creating Fast Formulas across all the key modules, Fusion Reporting tools like BIP, OTBI. · Hands on experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL)
- Work with the functional team and prepare and load HCM Data Loader files.
- Investigate and resolve HCM data loader import and load errors.
- Basic understanding of Core HCM - Person Management, Assignment, Talent Profiles, Workforce structures, Compensation etc
- Experience in HCM Fusion Core HR, OLC, ORC, Absence Management, Time & Labor, Benefit and compensation modules.
