Profile Summary
Minimum 10 years of experience in Service Industry
Dynamic and result-oriented HR Head with extensive experience in managing end-to-end HR & Administration functions for large-scale industrial, power plant, O&M, engineering, and manpower-intensive projects. Experienced in handling bulk manpower mobilization, recruitment, employee relations, payroll, statutory compliance, industrial relations, HR policies, performance management, and site administration across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational business objectives.
Lead HR & Administration functions across multiple project sites and corporate offices.
Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, manpower planning, and bulk mobilization.
Ensure timely deployment of technical, non-technical, and support manpower as per project requirements.
Manage payroll, attendance, leave, salary processing, and employee records.
Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Labour Laws, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, Contract Labour regulations, and other applicable statutory requirements.
Coordinate with clients, project heads, government authorities, labour departments, and statutory agencies.
Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, systems, and employee welfare initiatives.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, performance issues, and industrial relations.
Monitor manpower requirements, employee turnover, absenteeism, and workforce productivity.
Establish HR systems for employee documentation, UAN/PF, ESIC, gate passes, medical examination, and joining formalities.
Support business development and tendering activities by preparing manpower deployment plans and HR-related documentation.
Guide HR teams at various project sites and ensure uniform implementation of company policies.
Prepare HR MIS, manpower reports, compliance reports, salary reports, and management dashboards.
Advise senior management on manpower cost optimization, HR risks, employee relations, and organizational development.
