Job Description: Junior Site Engineer
Experience: 1–3 years (Construction experience preferred)
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and project specifications.
- Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship.
- Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and project managers.
- Maintain daily site reports and progress records.
- Ensure safety rules and site regulations are followed.
- Assist in resolving site-related issues and completing work on schedule.
- Inspect completed work and report any defects or delays.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- 0–2 years of experience (Construction experience preferred).
- Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site supervision.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work on-site and travel if required.
Preferred
- Internship or previous experience in construction projects.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
