We are hiring Call Center Agents for a US-based medical transportation company that helps patients book non-emergency medical rides through Medicaid and Medicare health plans.
:-What You Will Do:
-Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients and transport partners
-Schedule, modify, and confirm medical ride bookings
-Resolve routine issues and escalate complex cases when needed
-Document all interactions accurately in the system
:-What We Are Looking For:
-Clear spoken English B2 to C1 level
-Minimum 6 months of customer support or call center experience
-Strong communication and problem solving skills
-Calm, empathetic, and patient under pressure
