We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Analyst (Manual Tester) with 1–2 years of experience to ensure the quality and reliability of our software applications. The candidate will be responsible for validating functionality, usability, and performance before product releases.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
- Understand business requirements, functional specifications, and test scenarios
- Design, execute, and document manual test cases
- Perform functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing
- Identify, log, track, and retest defects using defect tracking tools
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to resolve issues
- Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the SDLC
- Participate in test planning, test case reviews, and release sign-offs
- Prepare test reports and share testing status with stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in Manual Testing
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC
- Experience in functional and regression testing
- Knowledge of test case creation and execution
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (JIRA or similar)
- Basic knowledge of SQL is an added advantage
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Good to Have
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology
- Experience in web or mobile application testing
- Basic understanding of API testing
