Job Description:
We are seeking an operational and detail-oriented Assistant Real Estate Liaison Person fluent in written and verbal Kannada. You will assist the senior management team in obtaining statutory approvals, coordinating with local government departments, and managing local property documentation across Karnataka.
Key Responsibilities :
∙Local Authority Liaison: Coordinate with state and municipal bodies including BBMP, GBA, GBDA, BMRDA, RERA, Gram Panchayats, and sub-registrar offices.
∙Document Processing & Translation: Review, draft, and format regional revenue records like RTCs (Pahani), Khata certificates, and Encumbrance Certificates (EC) using Kannada typing tools.
∙Statutory Approvals Support: Help track and secure necessary NOCs (BESCOM, BWSSB, Fire Department), building plan approvals, and land conversion orders (DC).
∙Ground-Level Coordination: Visit government offices and target project sites to resolve local disputes, handle field inquiries, and manage community relationships.
∙Data & Application Maintenance: Update internal legal tracking systems and ensure timely progression of filed property files.
Key Qualifications
∙Education: Graduate or diploma holder in Business, Law (LLB), Public Administration, or related disciplines.
∙Experience: 1–4 years of proven field experience in Karnataka real estate liasioning or document coordination.
∙Language Proficiency: Absolute fluency in reading, writing, and speaking Kannada and English is mandatory.
∙Technical Skills: Competency in typing software like Nudi / Baraha and basic navigation of the Kaveri 2.0 portal and Bhoomi systems.
∙Core Competencies: Strong local networking abilities, exceptional physical stamina for field visits, and sharp negotiation skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
