We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our Digital Marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, explaining our digital marketing services, generating qualified leads, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to businesses and potential clients.
Introduce the company's digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Website Development, Branding, etc.).
Generate and qualify leads.
Schedule appointments for the sales team.
Follow up with prospective clients and maintain strong relationships.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for smooth client onboarding.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing is preferred.
Good computer and internet skills.
Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
