Accounting & Financial Reporting
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations.
- Ensure timely closure of monthly and annual accounts.
- Prepare Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements.
- Maintain General Ledger and financial records.
- Accounts Receivable & Payable Management
- Monitor customer collections and outstanding receivables.
- Manage vendor payments and reconciliation.
- Ensure effective credit control and collection follow-up.
- Budgeting & Financial Analysis
- Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor budget utilization and variance analysis.
- Provide financial reports and MIS to management.
- Taxation & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Professional Tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate timely filing of returns and statutory payments.
- Liaise with auditors, consultants, and government authorities.
- Cash Flow & Working Capital Management
- Monitor daily cash flow and fund requirements.
- Manage working capital and liquidity.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts and financial projections.
- Audit & Internal Controls
- Coordinate internal and external audits.
- Implement and monitor internal control systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
- Inventory & Cost Control
- Monitor inventory valuation and stock reconciliation.
- Analyze operational costs and identify savings opportunities.
- Ensure accurate accounting of inventory movements.
- Banking & Treasury Operations
- Manage banking transactions and reconciliations.
- Monitor loan accounts, interest costs, and banking facilities.
- Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Team Leadership
- Lead and supervise the Accounts & Finance team.
- Allocate work, review performance, and provide training.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.

Qulaification-
- B.com/M.com/ MBA Finance
- 8–10 years of experience in Accounts & Finance
- Experience in FMCG, Distribution, Manufacturing, or Food Industry preferred
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
