Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and persuasion skills, be comfortable interacting with potential customers over phone, email, and other digital channels, and have a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls and follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Conduct product presentations and handle customer queries professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Follow up on leads and close sales opportunities.
- Submit regular sales activity and performance reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or a similar role (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Performance Expectations
- This is a target-based role.
- Employees will be assigned monthly sales targets, and performance will be evaluated based on target achievement, sales conversion, and overall productivity.
- Consistent effort toward meeting or exceeding assigned targets is expected.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
