Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our software engineering teams, drive Agile delivery, and ensure the successful development of scalable SaaS products. The role involves managing cross-functional teams, overseeing technical execution, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Frontend Development: React.js
- Backend Development: PHP (Laravel), Slim Framework APIs
- Database: MySQL
- Mobile & Hardware Integration: Android POS, Kiosk Systems
- Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS EC2, RDS, S3, CloudFront, Monitoring Services
- DevOps: CI/CD Pipelines, Deployment Automation
- Project Management: Jira, Agile/Scrum Methodologies
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor Development, QA, DevOps, Android, iOS, and Full Stack teams.
- Drive Agile delivery processes, sprint planning, execution, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure timely delivery of product roadmap commitments with high quality standards.
- Oversee software architecture, scalability, performance, and system reliability.
- Manage application development using React.js, Laravel PHP, and API-driven architectures.
- Govern AWS cloud infrastructure, including availability, security, monitoring, and cost optimization.
- Define and improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and DevOps best practices.
- Ensure software quality through effective testing, release management, and defect resolution.
- Manage integrations with POS systems, payment terminals, printers, kiosks, and related hardware.
- Implement security, compliance, and access control best practices.
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, Customer Success, and Business teams to align technology with business goals.
- Drive Jira adoption, Agile methodologies, team performance, and engineering excellence.
Requirements
- 8 to 12 years of software development experience.
- 3+ years of engineering team management experience.
- Strong knowledge of React.js, Laravel PHP, MySQL, AWS, CI/CD & Jira.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and SaaS product development.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Employment Type: Full-Time (Work From Office)
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
