The Manufacturing and Inventory Business Analyst serves as the functional lead for Oracle Fusion Manufacturing, partnering with operations, production, quality, and supply chain teams to design and optimize manufacturing processes in Oracle Cloud. This role translates business requirements into scalable functional solutions, supports Redwood adoption, improves production data quality, drives testing and release readiness, and develops reporting and analytics that support execution, throughput, and operational performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information technology, or related.
- 5–7+ years of functional experience in Oracle Fusion Manufacturing and Inventory with multiple end-to-end implementations or major enhancements.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing work execution, work definitions, work orders, material transactions, and shop floor process flows.
- Experience translating production and operations requirements into functional designs, setups, and process improvements aligned with enterprise standards.
- Hands-on experience with OTBI reporting, SQL-based analysis, and operational dashboards for production performance, exceptions, and inventory movements.
- Proficiency with FBDI or related data loading approaches for manufacturing-related master and transactional data.
- Familiarity with Redwood user experience and preference for Visual Builder Studio or App/Page Composer to support guided personalization and adoption.
- Strong testing, issue triage, stakeholder communication, and post-go-live support capabilities.
- Comfortable working on mid shift or night shifts.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
