Cloud Engineer
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Oracle Cloud Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Oracle Cloud infrastructure and services. This role requires a deep understanding of cloud architecture, Oracle Cloud services, and best practices for deploying and maintaining scalable cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, deploy, and manage Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services and environments.
Ensure the security, availability, and performance of Oracle Cloud applications and systems.
Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools for managing cloud infrastructure.
Monitor and optimize cloud resources to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
Provide technical guidance and support to development teams for cloud-based application deployment.
Implement and manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions for Oracle Cloud environments.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle Cloud features, services, and industry trends.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud solutions.
Document cloud architecture, processes, and procedures for internal use and compliance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Oracle Cloud Engineer or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services and architecture. /AWS / Azure
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Experience with automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
Familiarity with cloud security best practices and compliance standards.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Oracle Cloud certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect, Oracle Autonomous Database Specialist) / Azure / AWS are a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with hybrid cloud environments and multi-cloud strategies.
Knowledge of Oracle database administration and performance tuning.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
