We're looking for a motivated Travel Sales Executive to join our team and help drive growth across our travel packages and services.
*Key Responsibilities*
Promote and sell domestic and international travel packages to prospective and existing customers. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits, providing accurate and timely information. Prepare and share customized quotations based on customer requirements and budget. Follow up consistently with leads to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Coordinate with internal operations and vendor teams to ensure smooth trip execution. Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and competitor offerings.
*Requirements*
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A customer-focused, persuasive, and target-driven attitude. Prior experience in travel sales, tourism, or a related customer-facing sales role is preferred. Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel; familiarity with GDS or travel booking tools is a plus. Ability to multitask and work under pressure during peak seasons. Graduate in any discipline; specialization in travel & tourism is an added advantage.
