We are seeking to onboard an exceptional market research analyst who will be able to manage large-scale data-driven projects within the SaaS field for the IT Staffing industry. This position will lead all the marketing research functions at our organization. The position requires the ability to accurately identify industry and market trends, along with strong project management skills and the capacity to present project results to the Sales and Marketing departments in a digestible manner. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who is data-driven and has a strong drive to tackle challenging large-scale projects.
- Perform daily research and lead generation to target and qualify potential clients
- Help manage our Linkedin, Facebook and Instagram accounts outreach
- Executing sequences on email for Linkedin to create lead lists for the sales department
- Implementing business intelligence tools or systems, including the design of related databases, spreadsheets, or outputs to improve our Social Media outreach.
- Support sales and marketing efforts in target markets, by generating and qualifying leads to be passed to sales representatives
- Research market conditions in the US region to determine potential sales of a product or service
- Mine and analyze data from various databases to drive optimization and improve product development, marketing, and sales
- Strategically source new prospects using LinkedIn and other online portals/websites etc.
- Collect data on consumers, competitors, and marketplace and consolidate information into actionable items, reports, and presentations
- Understand business objectives and design surveys to discover prospective customers’ preferences
- Perform analyses and prepare forecasts and recommendations in the areas of product preferences, sales coverage, market size, penetration, marketing practices, and sales trends
- Access, verify and organize research trends, competitive intelligence, and other data
- Collect and communicate information on market research and competition
- Use predictive models to increase and optimize product placement, customer engagement, and increased revenues
- 3-5 years of experience in market research, or in a brand/marketing consulting role that involves hands-on primary research
- Strong analytical skills to understand significant amounts of information and data
- Experience in both qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Professional communication skills for gathering and interpreting data and presenting the results to the company
- Expert data delivery skills to present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
- Critical thinking skills to assess all available information to assist Sales & Marketing teams
- Strong skills with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Strong detail-orientation, organizational skills, and commitment to delivering high-quality work
