Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Lead Digital Manager with strong expertise in On-Page SEO and digital marketing. The ideal candidate should be capable of driving SEO strategies, optimizing website performance and managing digital initiatives to improve organic visibility, traffic and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead On-Page SEO optimization across website pages and content.
Develop and execute SEO and digital marketing strategies.
Optimize content, meta tags, headings, URLs, internal linking and site structure.
Monitor organic traffic, rankings and key SEO performance metrics.
Conduct keyword research and identify growth opportunities.
Identify technical and on-page SEO issues and coordinate their resolution.
Lead and coordinate digital marketing/SEO activities and team members.
Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights.
Drive initiatives to improve organic visibility, traffic and conversions.
Required Skills
2+ years of experience in On-Page SEO / Digital Marketing.
Strong hands-on expertise in On-Page SEO Optimization.
Good understanding of SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics and SEMrush/Ahrefs.
Strong knowledge of keyword research, content optimization and technical SEO fundamentals.
Experience in team/project leadership or digital management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Results-oriented approach with strong ownership.
