We are Asset based Carrier Company based at Bakersfield, Calefornia. We are looking for a Senior person who can handle end to end operation related to logistics Business. The role requires strong communication skills as well as excellent organisational and management skills. Candidate needs to have a keen eye for detail and are skilled at problem-solving and decision-making that ensures on-time delivery.

- Experience in US Logistics will be a plus

Responsibilities
- Load Booking after negotiating best possible Rates to ensure profitability.
- Driver Planning & Dispatching of the Load
- Making/Receiving Calls from Drivers & Brokers to maintain clear communication.
- Track & trace of all the vehicles to meet ETA.
- Ensuring HoS and log book maintenance of Drivers through ELD
- Handling On Road/Off Road maintenance of the Trucks & Trailers & maintaining proper record.
- Hiring & Training of Dispatchers & Drivers
- Billing Support wherever required.
