Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Executive with 2–3 years of experience in
supply chain operations. The candidate should have strong knowledge of inventory
management, dispatch coordination, and documentation, along with hands-on
experience in Tally and Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations from dispatch to delivery
Manage inventory, stock levels, and warehouse coordination
Prepare and maintain invoices, delivery challans, and other logistics documents
in Tally
Track shipments and ensure timely deliveries
Handle vendor coordination and transport management
Maintain accurate records of outward goods
Generate reports using Excel (MIS, stock reports, dispatch reports)
Resolve any logistics-related issues or delays
Ensure compliance with company policies and logistics procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
2–3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
Proficiency in Tally ERP (billing, inventory, GST)
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic
formulas)
Good communication and coordination skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Preferred Skills:
Experience with ERP systems or warehouse management systems
Basic understanding of GST and e-way bill processes
Knowledge of transportation and vendor handling
