Industry: Fabric Manufacturing Position: HR Recruiter Reporting To: HR Business Partner (HRBP) Job Summary: The HR Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for plant and corporate roles in a fabric manufacturing setup, including blue-collar workforce hiring and staff-level recruitment. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to joining) Manage bulk hiring for factory workers, machine operators, helpers, etc. Source candidates through job portals, contractors, consultants, and local networks Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with department heads Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers Ensure timely on boarding and documentation Support manpower planning as per production requirements
Required Skills: Strong sourcing and coordination skills Experience in bulk hiring (blue-collar hiring preferred) Basic understanding of manufacturing roles Experience: Minimum 1 year Location: Mumbai, Lower Parel.
