To ensure accurate measurement, inspection, calibration, and dimensional verification of precision components using conventional and advanced metrology equipment. The role will support Quality Assurance, Production, and Engineering teams in maintaining dimensional accuracy and product quality.Key Responsibilities
- Perform dimensional inspection of components as per engineering drawings, specifications, GD&T requirements, and customer standards.
- Handle precision measuring instruments such as:
- Vernier Caliper
- Micrometer
- Height Gauge
- Bore Gauge
- Dial Gauge
- Depth Gauge
- Slip Gauge
- Profile Projector
- Roundness / Surface Roughness Measuring Instruments
- Maintain proper records of measuring instruments and ensure their calibration status.
- Coordinate with external calibration agencies and maintain calibration certificates.
- Assist in investigating customer complaints related to dimensional accuracy.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and maintenance of precision measuring equipment.
- Support PPAP, FAI, APQP, and customer inspection documentation, wherever applicable.
- Maintain compliance with the company's Quality Management System and ISO requirements.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
