Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales Manager in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Generate new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, networking, and client referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations with clients.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of sales opportunities.
- Maintain and update CRM records, sales reports, and customer databases.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
- Support the sales team through coaching, guidance, and performance monitoring.
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management review.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
