Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Project Coordinator cum Operations In-Charge to oversee day-to-day project execution and operational activities. The ideal candidate will coordinate with clients, vendors, engineers, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. This role requires excellent communication, planning, and multitasking skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination
- Coordinate end-to-end execution of IT infrastructure, networking, surveillance, and system integration projects.
- Prepare project plans, schedules, and progress reports.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with clients, OEMs, vendors, and channel partners.
- Arrange site surveys, installations, testing, commissioning, and project handovers.
- Maintain project documentation, including BOQs, work orders, reports, and completion certificates.
- Track pending activities and ensure timely project completion.
Operations Management
- Manage daily operational activities and allocate tasks to field engineers.
- Plan engineer deployment based on project priorities.
- Monitor service requests, AMC schedules, and preventive maintenance activities.
- Coordinate procurement and logistics for project materials.
- Ensure material availability before site execution.
- Monitor inventory, stock movement, and asset records.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and quality standards.
Client & Vendor Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communication.
- Schedule meetings with clients and prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting).
- Follow up with vendors regarding deliveries and procurement.
- Resolve operational issues through effective coordination.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project status reports.
- Maintain project trackers and MIS reports.
- Update management on project progress, risks, and resource utilization.
- Maintain proper documentation for billing and project closures.
Team Management
- Coordinate and supervise field engineers and subcontractors.
- Assign daily work schedules and monitor productivity.
- Conduct regular review meetings with project teams.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Diploma candidates with relevant experience may also apply.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Project Coordination, Operations, or Project Management.
- Experience in IT Infrastructure, Networking, CCTV, Data Center, ELV Systems, or System Integration projects is preferred.
Required Skills

- Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or project management software is an advantage.
