Qualification:
ITI Electrical / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Experience:
2–3 years in service, maintenance, or installation of industrial equipment
Requirements:
- Willing to travel to customer sites for service work
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
- Basic knowledge of electrical troubleshooting and maintenance
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend service calls and provide technical support to customers
- Install Material Handling Equipment such as Goods Lifts and Scissor Lifts
- Resolve site-related issues by coordinating manpower and materials
- Perform troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repairs
- Carry out preventive maintenance and field modifications
- Maintain service reports and internal records
- Communicate with customers for timely resolution and follow-ups
