Role: Sales Manager
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth in the Salem region.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
Identify and convert potential leads into successful property sales.
Handle high-value customer negotiations and closing deals.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and provide property site visits.
Report daily sales activities and market trends to the management.
Requirements:
Education: Any Degree (Required).
Experience: 1–3 years in Sales and Real Estate sales (Preferred).
Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication in Tamil, and negotiation skills.
Location: Must be a resident of Salem or familiar with the Salem market.
Vehicle: Must have a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
