We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead and create sales team, drive revenue growth, and build long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the business to ensure consistent performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales campaigns and initiatives.
- Ensure excellent customer experience through timely support and communication.
- Develope and meet Interior Designers , Architects , Corporates and Individual clients for the office furniture business.
Requirements:
- Graduate .
- 2–3 years of proven experience in sales, with at least 1 years in a directs sales.
- Strong understanding of sales metrics, CRM systems, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Results-driven with a passion for growth and team success.
