# Job Description: Video Editor & Social Media Executive
### Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented **Video Editor ** to create engaging video content and manage our social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong video editing skills, an eye for visual storytelling, knowledge of social media trends, and the ability to create content that drives engagement and brand awareness.
### Key Responsibilities
**Video Editing**
* Edit promotional videos, reels, shorts, advertisements, and corporate videos.
* Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
* Add transitions, graphics, animations, subtitles, music, and sound effects to enhance videos.
* Ensure all videos meet brand guidelines and quality standards.
* Coordinate with the marketing team to develop creative video concepts.
* Optimise videos for different social media platforms and formats.
**Graphic & Creative Support**
* Design basic social media creatives, banners, and thumbnails.
* Assist in creating marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
* Work closely with designers and content writers to execute campaigns.
### Required Skills
* Proficiency in **Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro**.
* Knowledge of **Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva**.
* Experience creating Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook videos, and promotional content.
* Understanding of social media algorithms and platform best practices.
* Strong storytelling, creativity, and attention to detail.
* Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
* Basic photography and videography knowledge will be an added advantage.
### Qualification & Experience
* Relevant certifications in **Video Editing or Digital Marketing** are preferred.
* Previous experience in video editing and social media management will be preferred.
* Candidates with a strong portfolio of video and social media work are encouraged to apply.
### Salary
**₹20,000 – ₹45,000 per month**, depending on experience, skills, and portfolio.
